Energy Rating Reports

Much has been written in the run up to the introduction of Home Information Packs for the need to provide energy-rating reports on each property brought to the market place.

The energy rating report is produced following a detailed assessment of the property by an accredited Energy inspector and is a useful document for the home purchaser who can identify any shortcomings.

Burchell Edwards has access to a number of Energy Rating Report providers and will be happy to arrange for reports to be undertaken although such a report will normally form part of the Home Information pack.
