Through our office network we are able to provide access to experienced and fully qualified Building surveyors who are able to provide a detailed report, tailored to your individual requirements.

Building surveys are particularly helpful when purchasing an individual, greatly extended or period property. This is an in depth report which can be tailored to your needs and may include costings for repair and improvement works. You will receive a more detailed insight into the home of your choice.

Survey reports of this type will be more costly than a Homebuyer Report and Valuation. An individual quotation will be required.
