We loved this house and its location. It is ideal set in the countryside with walks from the front door, the Heart of England Way passing through the village and yet there is easy access to motorways, rail and airports. The village is peaceful and friendly, with a good primary school. The house itself is a good size with plenty of storage space yet easy to keep and maintain. There is nothing you would need to do its ready to move into.
