Location
Rugeley is a historic market town in the county of Staffordshire, England. It lies on the northern edge of Cannock Chase, and is situated roughly midway between the towns of Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, and Uttoxeter.
Rugeley has two railway stations, Rugeley Town and Rugeley Trent Valley, which lie on the Chase Line connecting Rugeley, Walsall, and Birmingham.
Rugeley has a reasonably sized town centre and the residents of the town benefit from their proximity to Cannock Chase.
Approach
Leaving Rugeley Town Centre from the Globe Island, proceed along the A460 (Sandy Lane). As Sandy Lane becomes Hednesford Road, take the first turning on the Left Hand side, into Queensway, and then the first on the Right, Coppice Road. Follow Coppice Road up the hill, taking the 3rd turning Right into Flaxley Road and take the 3rd Right again, into the crescent of Uplands Green. No 17 is located on the Left of the crescent, as indicated by the For Sale Board.
The front of the property overlooks a lovely green, and set to either side of this are two parking areas, offering ample off road parking for residents to use. The property is approached through an iron pedestrian gate, where a footpath leads through a shingle bed to the double glazed front entrance door.
