The Village, WEST HALLAM, DE7

Price guide £320,000

VENDORS COMMENTS:

I understand the house to be around 180 years old. It is one of a cluster of buildings that make up the original village of West Hallam. The house will have had many different uses in the past ranging from what was originally a farm workers cottage and associated barn through to the extended family home that it is today. I will miss the house and particularly the large secluded garden. Swapping for a sea view seems a fair compromise though!
