This house appealed to us as we work in both Nottingham and Derby and needed quick access to the M1. It is a family friendly cul de sac far enough away from the town centre but close enough to walk to the amenities when required. We loved the house as it was and still is modern and maintenance free. It also had the scope required for the enhancements we have made.
