Burchell Edwards Lettings have always prided themselves on delivering a high standard of customer service to all of our Clients and never has a truer word been spoken when it comes to the service we give to our tenants. It is true that tenants can sometimes be the forgotten element when it comes to letting property. Agents can be so concerned to keep their Landlord happy, they forget that for a lot of tenants this is their first step onto the property ladder and for those more experienced people, it is probable that they may have encountered less than average service in the past.

That is why when Burchell Edwards moved our Lettings division to Tamworth we restructured the team, hiring new and experienced staff to help deal with the ever growing department. Karen Edgar joined as our Repairs and Maintenance Co-Ordinator, having had several years experience in this field working alongside tenants and landlords. Frances Bruce also moved over, now specializing in our Accounts Department. Frances said, "During this turbulent time, everyone is experiencing problems.
