GETTING THE RIGHT CONVEYANCER

Although we have all read recently the promising articles in the press regarding the steady recovery of the economy, we all continue to face challenging market conditions with the longest recession since World War II. 

Despite the slight glimmer of sunshine, the skies remain dark and as such, the property market remains a hostile environmental for both Sellers and Buyers. 

Accordingly, it is important now more than ever to ensure that Sellers and Buyers alike choose not only the right Estate Agent, but also the right Conveyancer. 

It is a proven myth that such professionals 'do the same job'.

At BE Legal (as a proud member of the Burchell Edwards group) we are all too familiar with the out dated, prehistoric and often detrimental affects of 'high street Conveyancing'. The use of such ineffective methods and resources, especially in such challenging times, can adversely affect the outcome of even the most seemingly 'simple' transaction.

You will note from previous publications that we have invested (at the peak of the recession) significant time and money in the implementation and design of a new Case Management System, which allows for a much more streamlined and effective transaction with the welfare of our clients at heart. Towards the end of September we appointed a new Partner who will continually monitor and develop all systems and practises aswell as new technology.   

We have also invested in the training and development of our staff, ensuring that they are the best in the country, continually assessing and developing their skills and methods to ensure that they are at the forefront of any developments within the industry. With this in mind, we are proud to announce the appointment of a further new Partner, who will concentrate fully on the training and development of all staff.

It is also worth noting the innovative and fresh working methods of our group company, constantly utilising the skills of our colleagues, from surveys to mortgages.
