Elizabeth and I would like to send our heartfelt thanks for selling our house at a very difficult time in the market.

Thank you also for making the selling process relatively painless and for encouraging along solicitors in a long(ish) chain. We set a final completion date and you made sure the others stuck to this date. It was down to your hard work, knowledge of the housing market and patience that enabled us to move.
