It is very rare that i will write to complain and i can say that i have never wrote to compliment before. 

My name is Dean Shariff, I am writing to say how pleased i was with a member of your staff. Her name is Claire Chambers. My partner and i have just purchased a repossession from Dixon's and Claire was fantastic.

We first dealt with Claire 10 months ago when she came to value our flat in Tamworth. We decided not to go ahead in the end because of the financial climate. Claire was very helpful and professional and she said if we ever need any help or advice in the future to give her a call. This was the main reason we chose Burchell Edwards above all others in the first place. Your web site stated that your service was based around customer service. I can say that we were very pleased with the service we received.

When we found out about the reposed property we were desperate to buy it but didn't have a clue about the whole process. I gave Claire a call and she was very helpful. She explained the whole process and answered all our questions straight away. Believe me there were plenty of them. 

Claire held our hands all the way through the process and i think its fair to say that we wouldn't have been lucky enough to have bought it without her. We cant praise her enough as she went out of her way to help us. I can honestly say that we didn't think people like her existed in this industry. 

Claire really is an asset to yourselves as we have already recommended BE on more than one occasion to family and friends. BE will be the first estate agent we come to in the future.

People are quick to complain about a service received but not so quick to do the opposite. Please could you give Claire a MASSIVE thank you on behalf of myself and Kimberley as we will be eternally great full for helping us to buy our dream house.
