All the greatest organisations of the world, from the smallest café to the largest multimillion pound investment company recognise the need to reward their staff and thank them for their hard work. Christmas is an excellent opportunity to meet, socialise and enjoy a few glasses of fine wine. Not quite with our people...

Every year the Christmas period is our opportunity to let our hair down, have a bite to eat and dance the night away, with of course, a few drinks in tow! This year was no exception, with plenty of drinks, fine food, a group karaoke competition and dancing to the small hours.

We must of course praise the Directors star PA, Michelle Henchcliffe for her X Factor karaoke performance and BE Legal's cashier, Aaron Meek for his impromptu river dance performance (had a few Aaron?!).

The sun was pounding (not really), exquisite cocktails and sophisticated conversation flowed (not really) and of course, our Design and Marketing Director, Dawn Oakley, impressed us all with her fine moves on the dance floor (*cough*). Ok, so it was cold and raining, tequila slammers littered the bar, everybody loved one another (despite being unable to pronounce 'love' without stutter) and Dawn is no mover but what can we say? ROLL ON NEXT YEAR!
