I am writing to you with reference to my recent experience with yourself and Ashley Adams regarding the letting of a property on my behalf.

I would like to say for the record, how pleased I am with the way you handled the letting of our flat at Five Lamps Court. I was impressed by your professional and efficient approach, especially as the flat was in a bit of state when we went to view it. But most importantly the speed at which you found a new tenant was first-rate and a credit to your pro-active approach. I very much like your viewpoint that a new tenant is found as quickly as possible, for me this is of paramount importance.

I have been a client of another local agent now for a number a years and in the early years they did provide a good service. However in recent times I think their service has deteriorated to such an extent that they no longer seem to care about what is best for their landlords, they only seem to be interested in volume.

As you have done such a good job with the flat at Five Lamps Court, I would now like you to take over the management of another property for me at Farndale Court in Alvaston, this one a two bedroom house. I am hopeful that a similar approach will take place and a new tenant will be in place within a comparable timescale.

I look forward to a mutually beneficial business partnership that will continue for many years.
