What is a HIPS pack?

From the 1st of August 2008 it is a legal requirement for a Home Information Pack to be prepared. Initially, this only applies to properties with four bedrooms or more. The Government plan to phase in the obligation in relation to all other properties. It is likely that it will apply to three bedroom properties next and then sometime later to all properties.
