Home Information Packs (HIP's)
It is now a legal requirement to produce a Home Information Pack for all properties that are to be marketed for sale. Home Information Packs are a government initiative designed to speed up the home buying process by providing prospective purchasers with information early on rather than sometime after they have agreed to purchase.
From April of this year the HIP needs to be available for inspection from the date that the property comes to the market. It is therefore essential that you instruct a provider you can trust to prepare a professional HIP that complies with legal requirements and of course can be provided without any delay.
