When our flat became available we were dreading having to find another tenant. How wrong we were. It was a refreshing delight to deal with Burchell Edwards. Nothing was too much trouble. They made the process so simple from start to finish. I didn’t have to have time off from work to sort out the details they simply visited the property and took the problem away from me!
We really appreciated their weekly updates. It was a comfort to know they hadn’t forgotten about us. Once potential tenants were found they were tremendously professional in processing the paperwork and offering advice on any issues.
We will certainly be back to Burchell Edwards when we need to re let any of our other properties!

Tina and I have been on the books of your agency for a number of months now and I have to commend your team in general as being the most professional and thorough of all the agencies that we have dealt with… and there have been a few over the years. Personally I have had some very diverse dealings with estate agents in the past and my mum sued and won a case against a very crooked woman called Victoria Wood for ‘back to backing’ and is still to this day chasing her money. As a general rule we have always been pretty happy with the consistent level of service we have received and the informative and regular updates your team provide.
However, we feel the need to commend and single out one particular member of your staff for special praise since he took over the handling of selling our property less than 10 days ago. Dougie has been more professional, done more for us and consistently delivered more than he has said he would in his short time with your company than any other member of staff. We know selling a property can sometimes be the ‘luck of the draw’, but we really do feel he has gone above and beyond the call of duty, put in an extreme amount of effort to drum up interest, proactively attracted potential purchasers and then professionally and swiftly executed the subsequent paperwork required to confirm offer. He even took the trouble to drop by the same evening and hand deliver it. This shows true dedication, superb customer service and just a desire to go that extra mile to achieve not only his own but the company’s goals. We think he is a very strong asset to your office and will not only help the branch reach their targets but will himself go far in the Estate Agency Industry. He is a credit to Burchell Edwards and we wish him every success for his future.

thought I ought to pass on my gratitude to all at the Shirley Office for everything that has been done to progress a sale on 12 Navenby Close.
I received some very positive feedback from a potential buyer the weekend who commented that Burchell Edwards has been the most friendliest and the most helpful Estate Agent she has dealt with.
I have to agree that all the staff are very polite and very helpful at all times. Every time I have phoned, no matter who I have spoke to, they have been helpful and courteous. I must say that eyes must roll when they hear "its Helen at 12 Navenby Close", but not once has anybody been less than professional.
Becky and Stephanie in particular have been very helpful. Any questions I have asked they have been honest and all actions promised have been followed through which gives me the upmost confidence in your team. When I've had a viewing feedback is chased and provided in a very prompt manner.
I would also like to mention that I am particularly pleased with the Solihull News advert, it has been very well thought out. I believe we have two more Fridays 1st and 9th before its been advertised for 4 consecutive weeks, so with the new school term starting I am hoping viewings will start to pick up.
