Recognising the hard work and commitment of people who take care of our customers needs is very important at Burchell Edwards. Every month we bring all of the business together to celebrate the achievements of our people. Whilst there are many sales awards the biggest accolades go to those who have excelled in areas such as customer care, Think Tank, Marketing & Customer Development.
The lucky winners receive awards, champagne, a “Brucey Bonus” and a Certificate of Excellence. We post details of the winners on our website and they are evident for everyone to see at our Head Office. We believe that providing our people with a rewarding career where the customer must come first guarantees a first class service.
